The fastest route to a price
If you already know you want a figure, skip the email and use the quote journey. A few short screens cover the roof material, the outline of the conservatory, a size band and your timing, and a guide price appears at the end. Your answers go straight to the surveyor, who gets in touch to book a free visit and a fixed written price.

What to put in an email
A few details let us answer properly the first time instead of writing back with questions:
- your postcode, so we know which survey team covers you
- a handful of roof photos: one from the garden showing the whole thing, one from inside looking up, and one close up of the glazing bars or any damage
- the current roofing material, if you know it: polycarbonate sheets or glass
- the month or season you have in mind for the job
Your phone number is welcome if you would like a call back about the survey, but it is up to you.
When you will hear back
An email that lands in our hours usually gets its answer the same working day, and never later than the next one. A message sent on Saturday afternoon or Sunday is picked up first thing on Monday. If your question needs a surveyor's eye, we say so in that first reply and tell you when to expect the full answer.
Questions you can answer yourself
Some things are on the site already. The cost page shows the price bands by size and shape. The fitting process walks through the day itself. If you want to know when your town is most likely to stay dry for a fitting, look it up in the Rain Ledger.
For a problem with a roof we have fitted, follow the complaints procedure or the guarantee steps on the guarantee and care page, so it is logged and dated from day one.
